World Aviation Festival

World Aviation Festival is the airline-industry-tech analogue of Web Summit or Money 20/20 — a high-velocity, content-dense, vendor-rich event built around six or seven parallel tracks. Programming spans airline retailing and NDC, customer experience, digital ops, AAM and new entrants, sustainability and SAF, AI in aviation, and a substantial loyalty track. The exhibit floor reads as a who's-who of aviation software — passenger services systems, ops platforms, revenue management, training-tech, sustainability-tracking, AI vendors. For pilot training schools, the most relevant content sits in the AAM, sustainability, and operations-tech tracks, plus a meaningful subset of exhibitors building training-adjacent platforms. The room skews airline rather than ATO, so the direct training relevance is more about adjacency and ecosystem positioning than core agenda fit. The 2026 relocation to Lisbon co-locates the event with the broader Lisbon aviation-tech moment that also hosts Airspace World.
