European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE)

EBACE 2026 was Europe's largest business aviation event, scheduled for 2-4 June 2026 in Geneva. EBAA cancelled the 2026 edition in early 2026, citing that the format "did not generate the momentum needed to deliver a viable edition." Future EBACE editions are uncertain pending an EBAA strategic review.

What to expect

EBACE owns Geneva's Palexpo each May with an indoor exhibit floor for OEMs, MROs, FBOs, charter operators, and business aviation vendors. The static display ramp at Geneva Airport hosts 50+ business aircraft for the duration. Education sessions cover EASA-aligned operations, regulatory updates, sustainability and SAF rollout, and operator best practices. EBACE is hosted jointly by NBAA and EBAA (European Business Aviation Association). Attendance is decidedly European but with substantial US, Middle Eastern, and Asian operator presence.

Who attends

European corporate flight department leadership, AOC charter operators, European FBO chains, MROs, business jet OEMs (Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Pilatus), training centers, and EBAA representatives. Strong US and international visiting contingent.

Why flight schools attend

European flight schools running combined ATO/AOC operations or charter alongside training use EBACE for fleet planning and operator relationships. Schools building corporate-aviation pipelines for graduates also use the career and networking opportunities EBACE provides on the European side, parallel to what NBAA-BACE does for North America.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mainly for schools running combined ATO/AOC operations, charter alongside training, or building corporate-aviation pipelines for graduates. Pure Part-FCL training schools without operator dimensions get less from EBACE than from EATS.

EBACE runs annually in mid-to-late May at Palexpo Geneva. Dates and registration open via ebace.aero typically 6 months before the event.

EBACE is the European counterpart to NBAA-BACE — same fundamental format (indoor exhibits + static display + education) but at roughly half the scale, with European regulatory and operational focus. Operators with global fleets typically attend both.
