Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get started with Aviatize?

Most flight schools go live within 2 to 4 weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of your data migration and the onboarding package you choose. Self-serve setup can be done in days, while white-glove onboarding with full data migration typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I import data from my existing flight school software?

Yes. You can import users, aircraft, account balances, active subscriptions, upcoming bookings, document records, historical invoices and payments, and open package or contract balances. Our team provides CSV templates and guides for every major platform, and your Customer Success Manager can handle the migration for you.

What about historical accounting data and open package balances when switching from another platform?

Both are supported as part of the migration. Historical invoices and payments can be imported so your prior 12+ months of revenue history is queryable in Aviatize, and open prepaid block-hour packages or ab-initio contract balances are migrated as deferred revenue with the correct remaining-allocation values. After cutover, Aviatize's real-time accounting integration takes over, syncing every new invoice / payment / credit memo to QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or Exact Online as it happens. Schools coming from batch-sync platforms typically describe this as the single biggest day-one improvement to their finance workflow.

Do I get a dedicated Customer Success Manager?

Yes. Every flight school on Aviatize gets a dedicated Customer Success Manager who knows your school, your setup, and your goals. They handle onboarding, provide training, and schedule regular check-ins to help you get the most out of the platform.

What onboarding packages are available?
