Pricing
Competitors charge for every student on the roster. Aviatize charges per aircraft with unlimited users — a busy enrollment season never raises your bill. The price is on this page, not behind a sales call.
In short
Aviatize is priced per aircraft per month, not per user, starting at $29/aircraft/month on the Core plan. Every plan includes unlimited users — there are no per-student or per-instructor fees — and Core already includes card, mobile, and in-person payments (Stripe, Clover, and Stripe Terminal) plus accounting sync to QuickBooks Online and Exact Online, so smaller clubs aren't pushed to a higher tier for the basics. Plans scale from Core to Plus, Premium, and Enterprise, and you can try the platform with a 30-day guided trial that starts after a short fit call.

Book a demo and see every module in action. No commitment required.
No add-on, no extra seat fees. Book, grade, get paid, and run maintenance from a phone — free on iOS, Android, and mobile web with every plan, Core to Enterprise.

Students, instructors, renters, and technicians — one app, every role, every workflow. Booking a plane should feel like calling a cab, not faxing a form.

See real-time availability, book in a tap, dispatch, and check in or out digitally — from the flight line, not a back-office desk.

Instructors grade the moment the flight ends; students see live progress and sign off — the whole training loop, closed digitally.

Members settle invoices from their phone in seconds — and you can take payment in person too. No end-of-month chasing.

FAQ
Straight answers on pricing and getting started.
You pay a flat monthly fee per aircraft in your fleet. All users — students, instructors, staff — are included at no extra cost. Scale from 1 aircraft to 100+ without worrying about per-seat fees.
We start with a 30-minute fit call to make sure Aviatize is right for your school. From there we enable a 30-day guided trial with full access to every module and walk your team through configuring it for your fleet, training programmes, and billing — you get a real evaluation, not a self-serve experiment.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
Support scales with your plan, so growing schools get more hands-on help. Core includes Standard support — email, knowledge base, and ticketing. Plus adds a dedicated Slack channel and a 2-working-day response commitment. Premium adds same-day response, monthly check-in calls, and a say in our product roadmap. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and a custom SLA. Every plan also includes guided onboarding to get you up and running.
Yes. Aviatize includes built-in compliance tools for both EASA and FAA requirements, including document management, TSA citizenship verification, and automated validation checks.
Absolutely. You can import users, aircraft, and other data during setup. Our onboarding team can help with larger migrations to ensure nothing gets lost.
Core is built for smaller clubs and aero clubs: online member booking, automated billing from Hobbs/tach times, online and in-person payments through Stripe and Clover, and accounting sync to QuickBooks Online (US, UK, Canada) or Exact Online (Belgium, Netherlands) — plus the Aviatize Connect mobile app so members can book, check in, and pay from their phone. Because you pay per aircraft with unlimited members included, a three-aircraft club pays for three aircraft no matter how many people fly.
QuickBooks Online and Exact Online sync are included from the Core plan upward — so even a small club can post invoices and payments straight to its accounting platform with no manual re-entry. Advanced accounting (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and deferred-revenue recognition for prepaid packages and ab-initio contracts) is included from Premium upward. There are no per-transaction sync fees and no separate accounting integration license. The same engine extends on request to Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and MYOB. See the accounting software overview for details.
The Contract Management module — packages, allocations, monthly and phase-based payment schemes, per-allocation overage rates — is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. It is the layer most ab-initio schools, airline cadet programs, and VA-benefits operations use to track structured contracts and feed deferred revenue into your accounting platform correctly.
