Pricing
Predictable Per-Aircraft Pricing
While competitors charge extra for every student stuck in training, Aviatize charges per aircraft — every user included. You see the cost upfront, no need to reach out to find out how much you will save.
In short
How much does flight school management software cost?
Aviatize is priced per aircraft per month, not per user, starting at $29/aircraft/month on the Core plan. Every plan includes unlimited users — there are no per-student or per-instructor fees. Plans scale from Core to Plus, Premium, and Enterprise, and you can try the platform with a 30-day guided trial that starts after a short fit call.

FAQ
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about pricing and getting started.
How does per-aircraft pricing work?
You pay a flat monthly fee per aircraft in your fleet. All users — students, instructors, staff — are included at no extra cost. Scale from 1 aircraft to 100+ without worrying about per-seat fees.
What's included in the guided trial?
We start with a 30-minute fit call to make sure Aviatize is right for your school. From there we enable a 30-day guided trial with full access to every module and walk your team through configuring it for your fleet, training programmes, and billing — you get a real evaluation, not a self-serve experiment.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every plan includes dedicated onboarding support to get you up and running. We also provide ongoing email support and a knowledge base. Premium and Enterprise plans include priority support.
Is Aviatize compliant with aviation regulations?
Yes. Aviatize includes built-in compliance tools for both EASA and FAA requirements, including document management, TSA citizenship verification, and automated validation checks.
Can I import my existing data?
Absolutely. You can import users, aircraft, and other data during setup. Our onboarding team can help with larger migrations to ensure nothing gets lost.
Which accounting integrations are included, and are there extra fees?
QuickBooks Online integration is included from Plus upward; advanced accounting integration (Sage Intacct, Exact Online with PEPPOL e-invoicing) is included from Premium upward. There are no per-transaction sync fees and no separate accounting integration license. The same engine extends on request to Xero, NetSuite, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and MYOB. See the accounting software overview for details.
What plan do I need for the Contract Management module and ab-initio packages?
The Contract Management module — packages, allocations, monthly and phase-based payment schemes, per-allocation overage rates — is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. It is the layer most ab-initio schools, airline cadet programs, and VA-benefits operations use to track structured contracts and feed deferred revenue into your accounting platform correctly.
