Dominiek brings three decades of operational excellence to Aviatize. His career spans senior leadership roles at Sabena Flight School and CAE Phoenix Aviation Academy — giving him firsthand experience with every aspect of aviation operations from pilot cadet training to large-scale fleet management.
As a General Manager, he managed the daily reality of scheduling instructors, tracking student progress, maintaining compliance, and keeping a training fleet operational. He knows the pain points because he lived them — and he built Aviatize to solve them.
An IATA Certified CBTA Evaluator, Dominiek brings deep expertise in Competency-Based Training and Assessment to the platform. Currently an active KLM Cargo B747-400F pilot, he ensures that Aviatize remains a platform built by aviators, for aviators. His combination of C-suite business experience and hands-on flying keeps the product grounded in operational reality.
