Verticon (formerly HAI Heli-Expo)

The largest helicopter and vertical aviation event in the world. Rebranded from HAI Heli-Expo in 2024, Verticon brings the rotor and eVTOL industry together annually each spring.

March 15–18, 2026Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, United States~16,000 attendees

What to expect

Verticon owns the convention center for four days with indoor exhibits, an outdoor static display of 50+ helicopters (and an emerging eVTOL/electric segment), and an extensive education program covering safety, operations, maintenance, and regulatory topics specific to vertical aviation. Expect every major helicopter OEM (Bell, Airbus, Leonardo, Sikorsky, Robinson, MD), HEMS operators, oil-and-gas operators, helicopter training centers, and the rapidly growing AAM/eVTOL segment. The Vertical Aviation International (VAI) trade association — which rebranded from HAI in 2024 — runs the show. Education tracks are organized around career stage, operating segment, and safety focus.
