Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Aviatize BV ("Aviatize", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website — www.aviatize.com and related domains (collectively, the "Website") — and what choices you have.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides further details on how we process your personal data.
Google Consent Mode V2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which adjusts the behaviour of Google tags based on your consent choices:
- When you decline analytics or marketing cookies, Google tags will not store cookies and will only send cookieless pings with limited, aggregated data.
- When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics will operate with full functionality and store the cookies listed above.
- When you accept marketing cookies, Google advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are enabled.
Google Consent Mode v2 defaults are initialised before any Google script loads, with all consent signals set to "denied". They are only updated to "granted" after you give explicit consent.
Your Consent and Regional Defaults
When you first visit our Website, we detect your approximate geographic location (using your IP address via server-side headers) to determine which consent defaults to apply:

Regardless of your region, you can change your preferences at any time via the cookie consent banner.

Data Retention
The retention period for each cookie is listed in the cookie inventory tables above. Your consent preferences (stored in the aviatize_consent cookie) are retained for six months from the date you set them. After this period, the cookie banner will reappear so you can make a fresh choice.
Server-side analytics data (aggregated, non-personal) may be retained for up to 26 months in Google Analytics, up to 13 months in Microsoft Clarity, in accordance with Snitcher's data retention policy for company-level visitor identification data, and up to 12 months in PostHog EU Cloud for product analytics.
