Frequently asked questions

How long does an Aviatize demo take?

Most meetings run 15 to 60 minutes depending on what you pick. A Quick Intro is 15 minutes, a Platform Overview is 30, and a full Demo is 60. Pick what fits your schedule — the founders adapt the depth of the conversation to the time you've booked.

Who will I be meeting with?

You'll talk directly with one of the Aviatize founders — Dominiek De Roo (CEO and active Boeing 747 pilot, formerly CAE Phoenix Flight School Center Manager) or Chris De Rouck (CTO, Civil Engineer in Software Engineering, Aviatize founder). No SDRs, no scripted pitches.

Is there a cost to book a meeting?

No. Every meeting on this page is free and there's no commitment. We collect your business contact details so we can prepare for the call and follow up if useful — that's it.

Will the meeting be recorded?

Yes. Meetings are recorded for quality and training purposes; you'll see the consent notice at booking and again on the Google Meet invite. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, just let us know at the start of the call.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Reply to the calendar invite or to the booking confirmation email and we'll find another time. Cancellations release the slot immediately.
