The Role
As a Customer Success Champion, you will be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software. From onboarding to daily support, you’ll help aviation professionals streamline their operations and improve efficiency. If you love aviation, technology, and helping people, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
✈️ Onboard and Train Customers
• Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide product demos, webinars, and training sessions tailored to their needs.
🔧 Support & Troubleshoot
• Act as the first point of contact for questions and support requests.
• Help customers solve problems quickly by working with our support and development teams.
• Track customer activity and proactively offer guidance when needed.
🤝 Build Relationships & Drive Success
• Ensure customers are getting maximum value from Aviatize.
• Help retain customers by identifying pain points and growth opportunities.
• Gather feedback to improve the platform and work with the product team on enhancements. Act as a proactive account manager.
🚀 Contribute to the Aviatize Ecosystem
• Create and improve help articles, FAQs, and training materials.
• Stay up to date with aviation regulations and industry trends.
Requirements

Tech-Savvy – You understand software, or you’re eager to learn.
Customer-First Mindset – You’re proactive, resourceful, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
Problem-Solver – You can think critically and find solutions quickly.
What You Bring
✅ Experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (SaaS experience is a plus).
✅ Familiarity with flight schools, flying clubs, private aircraft operations, or aviation maintenance is an advantage.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
Education & Technical Skills
📌 No specific degree required – Experience and technical aptitude matter more
📌 Familiarity with SaaS platforms and aviation-related software is a plus.
📌 Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or integrations is a plus but not required.
